Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software for personal or commercial purposes, as specified in the product description.

You may not:

• Distribute, sublicense, or resell the software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software
• Use the software for unlawful purposes

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by us.

5. Ordering

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

6. Refund Policy

We offer refunds on software purchases within 30 days of the original transaction, provided that:

• The software has not been registered or activated
• You contact us via info@brokenx.com within the refund window

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. After activation, no refunds will be issued.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, code, and materials on this website and within our products are the intellectual property of Kevin Fucik - Broken X Software unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

8. Data & Privacy

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
